Tummy Full of Butterflies

Teeheehee!!! I'm so giddy! For the past few days I've been so giddy! :) I met a guy and I really like him. He's so nice. We were in the same Jazz class, but we never talked until the last night. We just kept talking, and by the end, we had exchanged phone numbers, and on Saturday we went on a date. Oh yeah, his name is Greg Banta.
We planned to hang out for the day, and then go to his friend's surprise birthday party. We both had an adventure that day. We both tried something new. First I took him downtown to Vhin's, and he tried Vietnamese food for the first time. We both had the Com Tay Cam, and he loved it. He also really liked the boba. I had the honey, and he had boba milk tea. We went to FOT, and he met Quong, but Debbie wasn't there.
Anyway, after that he asked me what I wanted to do, since we had a few hours to kill before the party. I told him to suggest something, since I had suggested going downtown. So I'm expecting him to be a typical guy and suggest that we go back to his house to "watch a movie" *rolls eyes* But no! He takes me canoeing! My very first time canoeing, and I loved it! We got lost on the way to his friend's house who has the canoe. We drove around for like an hour, listening to Queen. Ha Ha. Fun. I love Queen. We heard aligators mating and everything! At first it kinda freaked me out, but, after a while I was so curious, I was hoping I'd see one. I had sooo much fun! I love canoeing! It was soooo cool! We got lost on the river for a while trying to find the dock again, and by the time we got back, it was dusk. But that's OK, because we had fun getting lost too. Eventuallly, the only way we knew we were on the right track was because I recognized a log in the ater that I had freaked out over earlier, because I thought it was an aligator.
So then, we went to the party, andI'm always nervous about being in a crowd of people I don't know. But luckily, he didn't know a lot of them either. But we both mingled right away. Everyone at the party was terrific. We played a fun round of fuse ball - I sucked, but he always wanted me on his team.
He took me home that night, and we listened to Muse on the way home. He loved them, so he borrowed it to make a copy. Then he kissed me goodnight. It was a good first date frencher. Shallow tounge...it gave me the shivers. It's been forever since I got the shivers on a date. *Sigh* I got butterflies in my stomach. It's been a long time, too. I've never had that much fun on a date ever!
I'm seeing him again tomorrow after work. We'll be canoeing again. He wants to teach me how to scuba dive too. He's so much fun! He hates to be stuck at home, just like me. He's a Libra like me too, and we have a lot in common. We share a lot of the same interests too. Maybe I sound stupid, but I've never felt this giddy about a date befor. I can't wait until tomorrow. *Girlish Giggle*
Well, My Mom needs the computer.
